2. Scope of application
These general terms and conditions of sale (GTCS) define the rights and obligations of the parties in the sale of digital services. Any order implies full acceptance of these GTCS by the client. No special condition may prevail over these GTCS unless expressly agreed in writing by the seller.
3. Services offered
The seller offers digital services :
- Delivered instantly via online access, download, or immediate availability.
- Customized in certain cases, depending on the client's needs.
The seller reserves the right to modify the scope of the offer at any time, without affecting orders already confirmed.
4. Orders
The ordering process on the site allows the client to check the details of the order, the total price, and correct any errors before confirming. Order confirmation by the client constitutes unconditional acceptance of these GTCS.
5. Prices and payment terms
Prices are indicated in euros, including taxes where applicable. Full payment is required before the service is performed. Payments are made exclusively via the Stripe platform, which guarantees transaction security.
6. Execution and delivery
Digital services delivered instantly are considered executed at the moment of online availability. For customized services, a specific timeframe may be communicated to the client at the time of order.
7. Right of withdrawal and cancellation
In accordance with Article L221-28 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital services provided immediately after purchase, once the client has given prior consent. The client may still cancel their subscription for future months. Amounts already paid remain with the seller.
8. Legal guarantees

9. Liability
- Services are provided “as is” and may include interruptions or errors.
- The seller’s liability cannot exceed the amount paid for the relevant order.
- The seller is not liable for data loss, business interruption, or any indirect damage. This limitation does not apply in cases of gross negligence, fraud, or bodily injury.
10. Intellectual property
All content, services, and elements provided by the seller are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
The client agrees not to reproduce, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any part of the services without the seller’s written authorization.
11. Personal data
The data collected is strictly necessary for the execution of the contract and processing of orders.

The seller reserves the right to amend these GTCS at any time. The applicable GTCS are those in force at the date of the client’s order.
